At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be asked to choose a plan. Your test data and results are preserved. If you don't upgrade, your account moves to a limited free tier.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
A tested visitor is any unique visitor who is enrolled in at least one experiment during the billing period. Visitors who browse your site but aren't in any active test don't count against your limit.
No setup fees ever. You pay only the monthly or annual subscription price. Enterprise clients may opt for a paid onboarding package for accelerated setup.
